Qualifications

• No degree required; capability and learning ability valued.
• Basic computer and Internet navigation skills expected.

• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift moderate weights as needed.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced drawer and follows cash-handling procedures.
• Provides information about Goodwill programs to educate customers and directs complex questions upward.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and backroom.
• Supports the store team across roles including Cashier, Textiles Producer, and eCommerce Producer.
• Assists with donations processing and store operations as needed.
