Job summary

Goodwill of Central Illinois is seeking a Retail Associate in Peoria, IL to join the team full-time. The role supports store management across operations and may learn positions including Cashier, Textiles/Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, e-Books Producer, and Rack or Cart Runner.

You will help maintain a clean, organized sales floor, assist customers, and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management to reach operational goals across the retail site.
• Learn and perform Cashier, Textiles/Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, e-Books Producer, and Rack/Cart Runner roles.
• Maintain cleanliness, organize backrooms, and ensure safe, efficient workflow.
• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers about Goodwill programs.
