Job summary

Continental Management is seeking a full-time maintenance technician/janitor for an apartment community in Fenton, MI. You will handle light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, perform preventative maintenance, and take care of grounds and snow removal.

The role includes an after-hours on-call rotation with the maintenance team and occasional help at sister sites. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to pass a criminal

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
• Willingness to perform preventative maintenance and grounds/snow removal duties.
• On-call after-hours emergency rotation with the maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and make ready apartments.
• Perform light plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks as needed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance across building systems.
• Assist at sister properties as required.
