Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking a versatile technician for Banyan Bay in Jacksonville to join our team. The role focuses on maintenance, HVAC upkeep, make-readys, and delivering strong resident service.

We require at least 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA licensure, hands-on HVAC skills, and a valid driver’s license. On-call rotations and reliable transportation are expected as part of the job.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• EPA licensure is required.
• Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems and preventive maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine HVAC maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep.
• Ready apartments for new residents, including make-readys and punch lists.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Maintain curb appeal and respond to resident needs with excellent service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
