Job summary

You will work under the supervision of the RN, handle medication administration, take vital signs, draw blood, perform EKGs, and support postpartum patients while participating in team activities.

The role requires NYS LPN licensure, CPR certification, and flexibility to cover rotating evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior labor and delivery or post-partum experience

Qualifications

• Meets NYS Civil Service requirements for the LPN title.
• LPN licensure and registration as per NYS Education Department.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administers care aligned with the plan of care and standards of care/practice.
• Reports changes in patient condition to the RN.
• Performs medication administration, vital signs, draws blood, and EKGs.
