Job summary

United Community is seeking a Loan Fulfillment Floater to ensure accurate and complete delivery of consumer lending and small business loan documents. You will collaborate with Loan Closing Specialists, Documentation Specialists, QC, Funding/Booking, and external closing agents to meet SLAs in high-volume areas.

Role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of loan documents and policies, plus the ability to work evenings/weekends as needed; up to 5% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in a financial institution with a focus on loan documentation.
• 2+ years consumer or small business loan experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of loan documents, consumer lending and policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver detailed loan documents for consumer and small business loans.
• Support timely completion of documents in compliance with guidelines.
• QC all consumer real estate apps and manage title queue duties.
• Assist with monitoring reports and progress on apps.
• Coordinate with close partners to update status daily.
