Job summary

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads vehicles such as vans and trucks.
• Moves supplies and materials to an assigned location by handcart or pallet jack.
• Stacks materials for storage and moves office furniture and fixtures.
• Performs minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and light handyman work.
• Assists with storm preparation, such as placing sandbags and laying ice melt.
• Assists with grounds maintenance including weed abatement and basic lawn work.
• Maintains general housekeeping and follows supervisor instructions.
