Job summary

Enstructure is seeking a General Laborer to support terminal and warehouse operations in Jacksonville, FL. You will perform hands-on tasks such as cargo handling, cleaning, equipment spotting, and assisting operators to ensure safe, efficient movement of cargo in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed, with potential extended schedules during peak operations.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid TWIC and steel-toe boots/shoes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with diverse individuals.
• Flexible, dependable, and well-organised with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse housekeeping and sanitation.
• Operate floor scrubbing equipment and assist with warehouse organization.
• Load and unload containers manually or using a forklift.
• Maintain pallet inventory and ensure proper storage locations.
• Demonstrate leadership by example in attendance, attitude, and safety.
• Follow OSHA policies and report unsafe conditions to supervision.
