Urth Caffé, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Team Member for our Commissary, playing a key role in daily production across multiple departments. You will prep ingredients, assist with baking, and help package finished products to ensure high-quality inputs for our cafés.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume commissary kitchen or fast-paced food production.
• Proactive, team-first mindset with ability to switch tasks quickly.
• Strong knife skills and comfort with baking/assembly equipment.
• ServSafe certification required or obtained on hire.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train across multiple production areas.
• Execute high-volume food prep per recipe specifications.
• Assist in culinary and baking production.
• Operate production equipment safely after training.
• Package, label, and organize finished products.
• Maintain sanitary work environment throughout shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen management.
