Job summary

Urth Caffé is seeking a Grill Team Member for our bustling commissary kitchen in Southern California. This role focuses on preparing and grilling poultry and vegetables to recipe standards, while maintaining safety, portion control, and consistent quality for distribution and service.

You will work closely with the commissary production team to ensure smooth workflow, timely production, and clean, organized grill stations.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and food safety requirements.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare poultry and vegetables for grilling according to recipes and procedures.
• Operate grills and related kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Cook to required temperatures and quality standards.
• Monitor times, temperatures, and portions for production.
• Maintain clean, organized grill station and work area.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Label, date, store, and rotate prepared products.
