The ideal candidate has maintenance experience, working knowledge of plumbing, painting, HVAC and electrical systems, and can handle physical tasks and time-sensitive duties.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of general building maintenance and repair experience.
• Comfort with basic plumbing, electrical work and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete minor repairs and upkeep tasks as listed (ceiling tiles, lighting, plumbing fixtures, etc.).
• Perform preventative maintenance per the hotel calendar.
• Ensure equipment is ready for the next shift and operate safely.
