White Bark Property Management is seeking a reliable Handyman focused on Building Maintenance & Property Improvements to support maintenance across our residential and commercial properties in Sanford, ME. We’re seeking someone versatile, takes pride in quality work, and brings strong hands-on experience.

The ideal candidate will perform general repairs, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, and exterior maintenance, while following safety guidelines and building codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven maintenance experience on multi-unit properties preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow maintenance plans.

Responsibilities

• General repairs and routine maintenance across multiple properties.
• Paint touch-ups and small project painting.
• Light carpentry, trims, cabinets repairs and wood repairs.
• Exterior maintenance, grounds tasks, seasonal upkeep.
• Handle minor plumbing issues and advise when specialist help is needed.
• Replace light fixtures, switches, outlets; assist with electrical troubleshooting.
• Ensure safety and building codes compliance.
• Maintain organized workspace and track materials.
