Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician in Washington. The role involves routine building and grounds maintenance, painting, drywall repair, lawn care, and diagnosing and repairing kitchen equipment and other systems.

A valid driver license is required and the job includes driving shuttles as part of daily duties. The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance, use maintenance software to log work, and assist with recycling, landscaping, and custodial tasks

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid State driver’s license with endorsements.
• At least 2 years of facility maintenance or carpentry experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Drive shuttles safely to destinations and adhere to schedules.
• Assist passengers entering and exiting vehicles and handle luggage.
• Ensure safety of passengers and goods during transport.
• Test vehicle equipment before each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and facilities.
• Perform painting, drywall repair, and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Repair plumbing fixtures and complete simple repairs.
• Record logs using maintenance management software.
• Conduct weekly preventative maintenance inspections.
• Support landscaping, snow removal, and other duties as assigned.
