Qualifications

- Must have a Valid Driver's License.
- Experience in general cleaning and upkeep tasks (windows, sweeping, trash).
- Experience in plumbing maintenance/repair, fixtures, toilets.
- Experience in HVAC maintenance/repair, filters, lines.
- Experience in electrical maintenance/repair, switches, lighting.
- Experience in renovations, caulking, painting.
- Experience using lawn maintenance equipment and operating ladders.
- Experience in vehicle maintenance, fluids, tires.
