Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs, AR, is seeking a Cook to join our Food & Beverage team. You will prepare and cook a variety of foods according to recipes and demand, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of commercial cooking experience, strong customer service skills, and is ServSafe certified; you must be able to multitask and interact professionally with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• One or more years of commercial cooking experience.
• One or more years of guest service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to interact with guests and staff in a diplomatic manner.

Responsabilités

• Cooks and prepares a variety of foods according to recipes and business demand.
• Uses proper knife skills and cooking methods while following standards.
• Maintains clean, organized, and sanitized work areas and stock levels.
• Ensures venues are ready to open by designated times and follows safety regulations.
• Communicates with chefs and maintains proper food/product needs.
