Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
• Prepare ingredients including washing, chopping, portioning and storing.
• Weigh, measure, mix ingredients and prepare cold foods.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Maintain station setup, organization, and cleanliness before, during, and after service.
• Assist in dishwashing and maintain proper sanitation of area.
