Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve and engage guests warmly across three outlets (Lido Bayside, Monterrey Bar, Belle Bar).
• Prepare beverages according to established recipes with precision and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels throughout shifts.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS and manage transactions responsibly.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen to ensure smooth service flow.
