Job summary

BeMore STaffing is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for temp and temp-to-hire roles at apartment communities throughout the Winchester area. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.

HVAC experience or EPA certification are strongly encouraged. Responsibilities include general maintenance, building repairs, and providing excellent service to residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of maintenance experience in an apartment community or similar environment.
• HVAC certification preferred but not required (EPA certification is a plus).
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to maintain/repair components.
• Must be able to pass a background check and have basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including basic electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
• Repair and maintain building structures, such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and exterior areas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, residents, and team members.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests.
• Prepare units for new move-ins, ensuring all standards are met.
• Complete annual preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled.
• May help assist with grounds as needed.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
