The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays, and involves handling tickets, baggage, and customer inquiries in a busy airport environment.

Qualificações

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to read and write English; bilingual skills a plus.
• People-oriented with a positive and friendly attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Processing customers' tickets, checking baggage, monitoring carry-on baggage for size and quantity, and assigning seats.
• Providing information on arrival and departure times, boarding procedures, carry-on regulations, and seating arrangements.
• Handling denied boarding situations, soliciting volunteers, and providing vouchers when appropriate.
• Ensures FAA, Airline, and airport regulations are followed and safety measures are enforced.
• Assists customers with special needs and helps with boarding.
• Loading and unloading baggage on and off the aircraft.
