Contour is seeking a Cross-Utilized Airport Agent to deliver exceptional customer service at local or regional airports. This part-time role covers ticket counter, gate, and ramp operations, with up-to-date training and a strong safety mindset.

You will greet customers, process check-ins, handle ticket changes, manage baggage, and assist passengers with special needs while maintaining compliance with airline policies. A supportive team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Up to 9 months airline or aviation industry experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic software.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide check-in assistance at the airport.
• Handle ticketing changes, re-bookings, and special service requests.
• Ensure baggage handling complies with airline policies and safety rules.
• Assist in board/deplane, including passengers with special needs.
