Contour Airlines is seeking a Cross-Utilized Airport Agent at Quincy Regional Airport (PT). The role emphasizes top-tier customer service across ticketing, gate, and ramp operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will train for both passenger-facing duties and aircraft servicing, ensuring safety and efficiency on the ramp. The position is part-time with benefits including 401(k) matching, paid sick leave, vacation accrual, NRSA travel privileges, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• At least 9 months of airline or aviation experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Provide check‑in assistance, ticket changes, and re‑booking of itineraries.
• Board and deplane flights, assist passengers with special needs.
• Provide gate information and assist with unaccompanied minors.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp and perform routine GSE checks.
• Maintain safety and security of ramp and ensure compliance with policies.
