Qualifications

• Current and active unencumbered RN license in MD or eligibility via the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS).
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, NIHSS, or unit-specific certifications as required.
• Minimum of two years of recent acute care nursing experience within the last 12 months.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care appropriate to patient population and unit acuity.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, document care in the EMR, and implement interventions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote safety and quality care.
• Safely administer medications and use clinical equipment per policy and competency.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
