Job summary

Ecore International seeks a dependable Machine Operator Floater for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3pm-11pm) at our Lancaster, PA facility. You will operate various department machines, support multiple stations, and assist with inventory, documentation, and housekeeping while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 12+ months of manufacturing or machine operation experience, forklift certification, basic math and data entry skills, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or manufacturing experience.
• Basic math, reading measurements, and data entry.
• Must read, write, and speak English; adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced plant.

Responsibilities

• Operate department machinery with minimal supervision while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.
• Provide cross-functional coverage across Mixing, Extruding, Grinding, and other stations during breaks and absences.
• Assist grinding operations and equipment cleanouts.
• Follow production procedures and instructions for efficient operations.
• Maintain product quality and report issues promptly.
• Utilize computer systems to enter and review production data, work orders, and inventory.
