Ecore International is seeking a Machine Operator Floater for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm) at our Manheim Township facility. The role covers multiple production areas, supports inventory, and ensures quality, safety, and productivity standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of manufacturing or machine operation experience, forklift experience, and basic computer/data entry skills. You must read, write, and speak English and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

Competenze

• Requires a high school diploma or GED or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• At least 12 months of manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Forklift operating experience required (12 months).
• English literacy and basic math, data entry and computer skills.
• Willing to work overtime and adapt to changing priorities.

Mansioni

• Operate department machinery with minimal supervision while maintaining production, quality, and safety standards.
• Provide coverage at Mixing, Extruding, Grinding, and other stations during breaks and absences.
• Assist Grinder crews during cleanouts and operate Small Grinder when needed.
• Follow established procedures and work instructions for efficient operations.
• Monitor product quality and report issues promptly.
• Enter and review production data, work orders, and inventory in computer systems.
• Cross-train in additional department functions as needed.
