Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Food Runner to deliver meals from kitchen to guests with accuracy, speed, and professional presentation. You will support the restaurant service team and help maintain dining room readiness to ensure a seamless experience for guests.

• Ability to carry and balance food trays safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to accurately read food tickets and coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
• Excellent guest service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to obtain any required local food handling or alcohol service certifications.

About the Role

The Food Runner plays a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by ensuring food is delivered accurately, efficiently, and professionally from the kitchen to our guests. This position supports the restaurant service team by maintaining dining room readiness, assisting with guest requests, and helping create a seamless service experience. The Food Runner is part of the Restaurant team and reports to the Restaurant Manager or Outlet Manager.
