Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or IAVM designation preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Security Event Manager in a convention center, arena, hotel, or similar environment.
• Ability to manage security programs and emergency preparedness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist Associate Director with day-to-day security and operations.
• Oversee security systems operations including alarm monitoring and dispatch.
• Lead drills, after-action reports, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate security planning for conventions and events across HFC venues.
• Develop goals, policies, and security strategies aligned with HFC core values.
