Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of security operations and safety practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure policy compliance with security rules.
• Monitor entrances and departure of staff, visitors and others to guard against theft.
• Move throughout the venue to visually monitor and take corrective action as needed.
• Investigate security incidents and interact positively with guests.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities.
• Interview, select, train, supervise, and discipline security staff.
