Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a skilled Security Manager/Supervisor to safeguard guests and staff at outdoor venues. You will recruit, train, and lead security teams, enforce access control, conduct searches, and respond to incidents with calm professionalism.

Ideal candidates have high school diploma, prior live event security or law enforcement experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs, work in varying weather. PSO certifications and Guard Card are a plus; First Aid/CPR/AED desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising a team in security environment.
• Live event security/Law enforcement experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Security Manager to recruit, interview, select, train, supervise staff for efficient control of the department.
• Supervise security staff to implement the security plan to ensure safety, care, customer service, and efficiency.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, courteous and direct manner.
• Investigate and resolve issues and customer complaints.
• Circulate among guests to preserve safety, order and to protect property.
• Patrol premises to detect problems, threats, and prevent unauthorized entry.
• Check tickets and passes to ensure guests are seated in appropriate reserved areas.
• Complete written reports of incidence occurring during each event.
