Job summary

Snake Oil Cocktail Company seeks a Venue Sales Coordinator to bridge sales, operations, and venue execution. This in-person role supports client onboarding, event documentation, and on-site execution to ensure contracts and company standards are met. This execution-focused position requires strong organization, professional communication, and timely, detail-oriented work across office and event hours.

Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and the role is not remote.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in venue coordination, event planning, food & beverage, hospitality, or customer service.
• Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and accounts receivable processes.
• Experience with TripleSeat, All Seated, Asana, or similar platforms preferred.
• Catering or hospitality service experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to pass DMV background check, background check, and safety certifications (RBS, Food Handler Card, OSHA aerial lift) are required.

Responsibilities

• Support venue sales execution and client onboarding.
• Coordinate client meetings, tours, tastings, and walkthroughs.
• Create and maintain event timelines, BEOs, and vendor run of show documents.
• Attend events and provide floor support to bar and catering teams.
• Coordinate vendor logistics, invoicing, and linen management.
• Collaborate with Mixology, Cocktail teams, and operations to ensure accurate event files.
