WORLDS® Shows in Gainesville, FL is seeking an On-Site Event Representative to join our weekend, part-time team. You will help deliver a smooth and engaging guest experience at immersive projection shows.

Responsibilities include event setup and breakdown, guest check-in, merchandise handling, and coordinating with venue staff. Strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or event experience (hospitality, retail, or similar roles preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from the venue.
• Consistent availability for scheduled dates.

What You’ll Do

Schedule & Commitment

[Saturdays and Sundays- Afternoon shifts from 10:30am-2:30pm or evenings from 5:30pm-9:30pm]

• Initial scheduled dates:

  • 10/17/2026 Saturday (evening)
  • 10/24/2026 Saturday (evening)
  • 10/31/2026 Saturday (evening)
  • 11/7/2026 Saturday (afternoon)
  • 11/14/2026 Saturday (afternoon)
  • 11/21/2026 Saturday (evening)
• Additional dates will be assigned based on ticket sales and venue scheduling. Days and shift times may vary.
