Liberty University, Inc. is seeking a House and Promotion Manager to ensure a positive audience experience at School of Music events. You will oversee ticketing, venue setup, staff supervision, and promotional strategies to maximize attendance and ticket sales.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to Liberty’s Christ-centered mission. Onsite venue management and occasional evening events are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in customer service, event management, and staff supervision; or six years of equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing ticketing, venue setup, and promotional activities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage event ticketing, including online sales, box office operations, inventory, and customer service related to ticketing.
• Ensure optimal audience experience by managing crowd flow, inquiries, and accessibility for patrons with disabilities.
• Coordinate setup and maintenance of the performance venue, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to technical requirements.
• Oversee creation, distribution, and management of event programs, signage, and informational materials.
• Supervise, train, and schedule Front of House staff and volunteers, ensuring adherence to protocols and clear instructions.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to maximize event attendance and ticket sales, including discount codes and promotions.
• Generate and analyze ticket sales reports to inform event planning and promotional efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ticketing transactions, and venue operations.
• Adhere to Liberty University policies and represent the University in a Christ-centered manner.
