Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about facilities, hikes, attractions, and guide guests.
• Train and schedule recreation team members to meet demand.
• Create daily agendas to ensure work is carried out efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and sanitation of equipment and facilities.
• Maintain inventories, inspect wear, and perform maintenance tasks.
• Assist in managerial duties such as hiring, scheduling, and payroll.
