Job summary

Level99 in Providence is seeking a Venue Operations Manager to lead and inspire frontline teams across bar, entertainment, events, and merchandise. You will drive operational excellence, safety standards, and guest satisfaction in a high-volume entertainment venue.

You will collaborate with Events Sales, Food & Beverage, Merchandise, and Learning & Development to build strong, service-oriented teams and ensure smooth event execution and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns daily operational readiness for entertainment and events spaces.
• Leads safety, incident response, and guest experience across venues.
• Manages hiring, scheduling, training, and performance of staff.
• Ensures compliance with laws, policies, and cost controls.
• Coordinates with F&B, Events, Merchandise and Learning & Development teams.
