Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager for our sports and entertainment venue in Atlanta, GA. You will report to the District Manager and oversee cleaning/janitorial duties and staff, ensuring high quality service and efficient operations.

You will supervise housekeeping personnel, including managers, supervisors, leads, and full/part-time staff, coordinate with vendors, maintain budgets, and implement SOPs and safety programs to meet OSHA

Qualifications

• Experience leading site operations or janitorial teams.
• Proven budget management experience.
• Strong leadership and HR handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all cleaning operations for daily and event-related services.
• Train, plan, schedule and supervise part-time and full-time staff.
• Coordinate with arena management and vendors to oversee cleaning operations.
• Maintain and monitor budgets and cost controls for operations.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and safety programs.
