Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder.
• Must be able to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and execute cleaning operations for assigned shifts.
• Control labor hours and labor, materials, and equipment costs.
• Enforce safety, productivity, and quality standards with staff.
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and labor are available to complete tasks.
• Provide employee training and communicate company policies.
• Conduct walk-through inspections of the facility during shifts.
• Report accidents and injuries immediately.
• Maintain shift records including schedules, sign-ins, and reports.
• Display service-oriented mindset with residents and clients.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English; bilingual Spanish helpful.
