Legends Global is seeking an Operations Manager for Pechanga Arena San Diego. The role reports to the Director of Operations and leads daily venue operations, event conversions, maintenance, and staff management to ensure top-quality events.

The position requires supervising union staff, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining equipment, with a focus on safety and efficiency during nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or closely related field.
• Minimum five years in a public assembly facility with supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising full-time and part-time staff preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist Director in managing all aspects of operations including event conversion, building/grounds maintenance, AV services, ice maintenance, seating and carpentry.
• Train and supervise union operations staff; plan, assign, direct, appraise, and discipline.
• Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure smooth events and safety compliance.
• Maintain equipment and inventory; order supplies as needed; report discrepancies to the Director.
• Maintain daily payroll tasks and timekeeping accuracy; extend hours as needed.
