Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily arena operations, including Events, Guest Services, Box Office and Security at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

The role requires a BA/BS in Facility or Sports Management with 10–15 years of managerial experience in arena operations and event production. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: BA/BS Degree in Facility Management, Sports Management or related area.
• 10–15 years’ managerial experience in facility arena operations and event production.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities; ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Events, Operations, Guest Services, Box Office and Security at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
• Supervise heads of departments, manage hiring, performance reviews and staff development.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenses and manage vendor contracts and security programs.
