Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Operations Manager for our New York City venue. The role will report to the Site Operations Manager and will oversee cleaning/janitorial duties and staff to ensure venue readiness for events.

Responsibilities include planning and coordinating all cleaning operations, training staff, and maintaining accurate shift records. This position requires strong leadership, bilingual ability (preferred), and a commitment to

Qualifications

• Experience managing cleaning/housekeeping operations in large venues.
• Strong leadership and scheduling abilities.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all cleaning operations for daily, event, and post-event cleaning.
• Train, schedule and assign daily staff (full- and part-time).
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and labor are available to complete tasks.
• Deploy staff to open areas, monitor performance, safety and quality; supervise on-site operations.
• Maintain records (sign-in/out, time cards, inspections, labor reports).
• Support hiring, interviewing and payroll concerns with the Site Operations Manager.
