Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning and ware washing procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, flatware, pots, pans, woks, trays, either by dishwashing machine or by hand.
• Keep kitchen area, equipment, and utensils in good and clean condition.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Ensure that cleaning tools and supplies are maintained and well-stocked.
• Work 6 days a week.
