Job summary

Levy Restaurants at State Farm Arena is seeking an IT Coordinator to maintain technology support for Hawks games, concerts, and events. You will manage POS terminals, handheld devices, printers, and payment hardware, providing hands-on troubleshooting and real-time support.

This part-time, event-based role requires 1–3 years in IT support, strong communication, and the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT support, help desk, or related field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple technical issues in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support POS terminals, kiosks, handheld devices, printers, and payment hardware.
• Perform pre-event technology checks (POS connectivity, device readiness, network stability, printer functionality).
• Provide real-time event support during Hawks games, concerts, and special events, escalating issues quickly to keep stands operational.
• Coordinate post-event shutdowns, device resets, and incident documentation.
• Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, logging, and prioritizing issues.
• Track device lifecycle from deployment through repair, replacement, or decommissioning.
• Coordinate installation, configuration, and updates for user devices and venue systems.
