Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in housekeeping management, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, and 2+ years of venue events experience; bilingual Spanish is desirable, with a valid California driver’s license and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Three or more years’ housekeeping management experience.
• One to two years supervisory experience.
• 2 or more years' Venue Events Experience (i.e., Arena, Stadium, Convention Center).
• Bilingual in Spanish is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a dedicated housekeeping team to ensure guest comfort and safety during events and meet business goals.
• Create a safe, engaging environment and coach staff throughout employment.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and inventory; coordinate with vendors and maintain brand standards.
• Ensure smooth operation by planning around event timelines and maintaining cleanliness across facilities.
