Job summary

Pinnacle Live seeks a Venue Director I to oversee the successful management of an assigned venue, ensuring profitability and top-tier customer service to hotel partners, clients, and staff. This role drives sales, operations, and team development to achieve agreed goals.

The position requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and exceptional communication to maintain relationships with stakeholders and maintain high standards across events and floor operations.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ management-level experience in the AV and/or hospitality industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of all event phases with a focus on best-in-class service for hotel partners, clients, and team members
• Oversee floor operations, including set and strike of equipment and essential floor activities
• Review P&L to drive profitability and control costs
• Maintain inventory integrity and ensure quality and availability of equipment
• Attend hotel meetings and cultivate strong venue relationships
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and innovations
• Represent Pinnacle Live at hotel meetings and client site visits
• Ensure timely payment of payables and processing of invoices per SOPs
• Utilize the sales process to maximize revenue across all sales cycle phases
• Train and develop the team according to SOPs to elevate customer service
• Maintain and improve company computer systems and technical skills needed for operations
• Provide technical event support as needed
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure safety protocols are followed
