About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and give tours to prospective clients interested in renting the venue
• Follow up with leads via email, phone, or text in a timely and professional manner
• Be on-site during events as needed to support clients and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Assist with light setup and breakdown tasks when required
• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and our internal team
• Represent the Elevate Events & Catering brand with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm

What We're Looking For:

• Interest in event planning, hospitality, sales or marketing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Prior customer service or event experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual is a plus
