Description

The AC Hotel in downtown Greenville, is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Venue Concierge to join our team at Seratonic Venue & Lounge. As a Venue Concierge, you play a key front-line role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. Responsibilities include ticket scanning, line management, food and beverage expediting, and general guest assistance throughout the venue.

Essential Job Functions:

• Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Scan digital and physical tickets accurately using handheld devices
• Assist with guest entry, re-entry, and exit to maintain smooth traffic flow
• Monitor lines and provide crowd control assistance as needed
• Deliver food and beverage orders from service areas to designated VIP guests
• Provide accurate venue information and directions to guests
• Respond to guest concerns or elevate issues to the appropriate supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and order in guest-facing areas during events
• Follow all safety, security, and alcohol compliance policies

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or event experience preferred
• High level of energy and comfort working in a loud, fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for long shifts
• Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable using handheld scanners or mobile POS systems (training provided)
• Outgoing and approachable
• Quick on your feet and adaptable to changing event needs
• A team player who takes initiative
