Qualifications

• Prev. bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and drinks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume setting.
• Basic math skills and experience handling cash and POS transactions.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift bar supplies as needed.
• Must meet Maryland alcohol-service laws and venue training requirements.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests.
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions using the POS system.
• Verify guest identification and comply with Maryland alcohol laws.
• Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Coordinate with barbacks, servers, and management to ensure smooth service.
• Restock beverages, garnishes, glassware, ice, and supplies.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and opening/closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts, waste tracking, and product rotation.
• Support special events and high-volume service periods.
