Job summary

Cece's Roland Park, part of Live! Hospitality & Entertainment, is seeking talented bartenders to join our team. You’ll craft cocktails, serve wine and beer, and engage guests with a friendly, professional service in a vibrant, high-volume environment in Baltimore.

This tipped role offers a base wage with tips; growth opportunities exist within Live! Health and vision insurance, meals, and a referral program are provided, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience bartending at high-volume bars/nightclubs.
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, and garnishments.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as required by local/state laws.

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients and prepare cocktails and other drinks according to recipes.
• Serve wine, beer, and bottled or draft drinks.
• Take beverage orders and process payments.
• Maintain professional, energetic service and guest relations.
• Guide guest experiences and promote menu items.
