Job summary

Golden State is seeking a Manager, AV Systems to own administration, maintenance, and capital improvements for AVB assets at Chase Center & Thrive City. You’ll balance strategic systems administration with hands-on leadership, manage vendor relationships, and optimize internal vs.

external labor to maximize uptime and revenue. The role reports to the Director, AV & Broadcast and requires 3–5 years in AV systems administration with strong Crestron, LED control, and entertainment networking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in AV systems administration, engineering, or integration within a high-volume venue.
• Strong knowledge of entertainment technology networking, arena sound systems, and Crestron/LED control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term AVB administration, maintenance, and capital improvement projects.
• Aim for 99.99% uptime for critical venue systems.
• Document configurations, drawings, and SOPs for continuity.
• Manage technical ticketing and reduce time-to-resolution.
• Oversee internal workforce during events and coordinate with external vendors.
• Optimize workload division between staff and vendors to control costs.
• Schedule and reduce overtime for represented staff.
• Package inventory into standard production packages for monetization.
• Fulfill Manager on Duty responsibilities for events.
• Support legal with technical compliance requests.
