Job summary

Jiffy Lube Live is seeking a Night of Show Ancillary Host to welcome guests, answer questions and assist with promotions at the venue in Bristow, VA. The role includes promoting Stone Ridge Club or The Overlook, verifying tickets, and processing credit card transactions.

You should have at least 18 years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 2+ years in guest service with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years in Guest Service and communications preferred.
• Prior sales or cash handling experience is a plus.
• Familiar with iPhone and iPad technology.
• Creative thinker and problem solver.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• A strong attention to detail, outgoing personality, sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
• Position may require constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+, and occasional sitting in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions.
