Plug and Play in West Windsor, New Jersey is hiring an Analyst to evaluate early-stage AI and enterprise software startups. You will support due diligence, market research, and investment opportunity screening across enterprise and AI verticals.

You'll help develop investment roadmaps, track industry trends, profile startups, and translate findings into data-driven insights for senior partners. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for candidates eager to grow in venture investing.

• Contribute to company diligence: product analysis, technical reviews, market sizing, and customer references
• Summarize research into clear, data-driven insights for the Ventures team; manage dealflow sessions
• Partner with senior team members to align enterprise needs with startup opportunities; support founder introductions and content initiatives

Role Overview

Plug and Play, one of the most active early-stage venture investors globally (2,000+ startups backed since 1998, including PayPal, Dropbox, SoundHound, and LendingClub), is expanding its Enterprise & AI Ventures team and hiring an Analyst to evaluate early-stage AI and enterprise software startups.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in conducting technical and market research, performing due diligence, and identifying promising investment opportunities
• Develop and refine investment roadmaps in Enterprise & AI; track industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes
• Identify and profile the most promising startups and technologies in target markets
