Role Overview:

As a Venture Partner, you will act as a strategic ambassador of Power Nest in your region or network. You'll help identify high-potential startups, connect with investors, contribute to fundraising initiatives, and support global business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard promising startups across diverse sectors
  • Leverage your investor network to facilitate fundraising efforts (Pre-seed to Series A+)
  • Mentor and advise startup founders on business development and scaling
  • Collaborate with the core team on growth strategy and regional expansion
  • Represent Power Nest at networking events, demo days, and investment summits

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in venture capital, startup ecosystem, investment banking, entrepreneurship, or strategic consulting
  • Strong exposure to early-stage startups or fundraising environments
  • Deep understanding of startup business models, investor expectations, and funding processes
  • Demonstrated ability to close startup-investor deals or facilitate capital raises
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Network Requirements:

  • Active network of investors (angels, VCs, family offices) or startup founders
  • Ability to open doors to funding opportunities or startup pipelines in your region or domain
  • Preferably involved in accelerators, incubators, or VC communities

Investment Commitment :

  • We encourage Venture Partners to co-invest in high-potential deals alongside the platform to align interests
  • A minimum investment of$50K to $500Kin select portfolio startups or Power Nest's own round (flexible based on your involvement)
